Job Details :   - If you are an incredibly intelligent & a highly-motivated individual, excited to build a craft beer business across India, juggle multiple work streams across numerous verticals and hone your leadership skills as you manage & mentor a bunch of junior execution teams, we want to hear from you   - As our Finance & Investor Relations Head, you will comprehensively manage the entire business planning effort of the Company, including defining & critiquing our short-term & long-term strategic vision; outlining, monitoring & assessing performance/growth/efficiency metrics of all our business verticals; and conducting forecasting exercises & financial analyses for the entire Company   - You will also be immersed in all capital planning & investor-related activities, including fundraising; capital allocation & budgeting; and developing & maintaining investor relations   - You will work hand-in-hand with our founding team & various internal manufacturing, distribution, marketing, accounting & back-end support teams as well as interface directly with our customers and external sales, communications, accounting & legal teams   - Prove yourself quickly and you will be placed on a career track for Chief Financial Officer and invited to participate in our Employee Stock Ownership Plan   Core Requirements :   - Unique ability to simultaneously be a captain & a soldier, a leader & a resource, a mentor & a team-mate   - Work experience of 3-6 years, ideally at a top-tier consulting shop, investment bank, law firm or FMCG company   - Education at a top-tier university/college (locally or abroad)   - Ability to think creatively and support decisions analytically   - Passion for entrepreneurship and top quality craft beer   About The Company :   - White Owl Brewery is a craft beer start-up singularly focused on creating India's first home-grown & most prominent artisanal beer brand reputed not just for product quality, bold flavors, diverse brewing styles & constant innovation - but also for fuelling the culture, awareness & widespread availability of locally-made craft beer across the country   - With its flagship micro-brewery located in Mumbai in Lower Parel, White Owl Brewery is renowned for creating freshly-brewed, artisanal beer - handcrafted in small batches - using only the finest of natural ingredients from around the world.
