Job Description :   - White Owl Brewery is looking to recruit an intelligent & highly motivated Head of Business Operations to comprehensively manage the entire sales & distribution effort for White Owl Beer across India with an immediate focus on the Company's numerous supply points in Mumbai  - The Head of Business Operations will be required to interface with various internal Manufacturing, Marketing and Back-End teams as well as with external Client and Legal teams  - The Head of Business Operations will also be expected to work directly with Senior Management on new Client Activations as well as on research and development of additional Manufacturing and Distribution strategies for White Owl Beer across the country  - Strong candidates will be placed on a career track for Chief Operating Officer and may be invited to participate in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan of the Company  About The Company :   White Owl Brewery is a funded Consumer Goods start-up focused on creating India's most prominent craft beer brand reputed not just for product quality, bold flavors, diverse brewing styles & constant innovation - but also for fueling the culture, awareness & widespread availability of fresh, artisanal beer across the country.
