KRA :-  - Lead and manage small teams to interpret functional requirements and be able to develop ABAP programs according to the specifications. Programs to be developed include, but are not limited to, the following: conversions, reports, forms, enhancements, and interfaces.   - Work closely with Functional Consultants to ensure accuracy and completeness of Functional Specifications.   - Create detailed systems documentation, test scripts, and presentations.   - Leverage technical expertise to address ABAP Workbench tools such as ABAP Dictionary, ABAP Editor, Area Menus, SAP Script, Function Builder, Transactions, and Business Object Builder.   - Develop and deploy interfaces and conversion programs to/from existing legacy systems.   - Provide general technical support for our clients and conduct SAP training as required for client personnel.   - Provide leadership and guidance to other technical analysts and client personnel assigned to the projects.  - Develop business relationships and integrate activities with other IT areas to ensure successful implementation and support project efforts.  - Foster and maintain good relationships with customers and IT colleagues to meet expected customer service levels  Experience & Qualification :-   - BTech / BE  - 5 to 8 Years of SAP ABAP Implementation Experience.  - Must have played a lead role in 2 to 3 full cycle implementations  - Project Management/People Management experience preferred  - Cross cultural experience preferred - with Business teams  - Experience programming in the following technical areas: Reporting (conventional and interactive), User exits, BDC and Call-Transaction, Interfaces including ALE, IDOC, and BAPI, Module Pool (on-line dialog), SAP Script and Smart-Forms, Object Oriented ABAP, and Business Add-Ins.   Personal Attributes :-  - Strong communication skills  - Ability to influence  - Ability to manage vendor relationships  - Commitment towards processes  - Strong Interpersonal skills  - Strong belief and conviction in the face of stress  - Orientation towards end consumer - employee  - Willingness to travel overseas on short assignments
