Position Title : Talent Acquisition Lead

Department : HR

Base Location : Pune

Reporting to : HRBP

Job Purpose :

The purpose of the this role is to meet the technical staffing need of the Engineering & technology organization of Whirlpool through various model of hiring and resource outsourcing while ensuring process compliance and adherence to our quality standards of talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with the business heads to plan, engage and implement effective recruitment delivery strategies for all positions

- Lead 1-2 recruiters & search partners to drive successful delivery of recruiting metrics including time to fill, diversity, quality conversion and cost per hire etc.

- Contribute towards building inspiring hiring practices - identifying effective sourcing channels, building skill specific partners database, drive vendor governance, drive automation / process improvement to reduce cycle time and cost

- Drive implementation of global talent acquisition priorities and projects. Support deployment of key talent acquisition tools enhancing recruitment technology, digital & social experience.

- Analyze and review recruiting metrics on a periodic basis with key stakeholders. Identify trends and proactively address business risks.

- Develop market knowledge and build capability to promote the company as an employer of choice and enhance overall employee experience with the company

- Drive the Campus recruitment program for the organization, both technical & management & participate actively in brand building programs on campuses

- Drive the outsourcing process in the organization, ensuring process compliance and SLAs are met while meeting resource requirement through various engagement model. Vendor selection process and vendor governance processes are to be managed.

Key Competencies Required :

- Prior relevant experience in technical recruitment - Mechanical design,IT,Software Development

- working on different models/sources/partners

- Ability to engage with Senior Business leaders and partners

- Strong process orientation and detail orientation

- Ability to analyse and interpret data, supported with proficient excel skills

- Excellent communication and networking ability

- Ability to multi-task, handle work pressure, deal with ambiguity

Education and Experience :

- MBA in HR is essential with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
