Roles and responsibilities :
- Hiring for different positions across different levels for Wheelstreet
- Handle end to end recruitment, from sourcing to on boarding of the candidate
- Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
- Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
- Develops innovative, creative, and proactive recruitment / sourcing strategies to develop high quality active and passive candidate pipelines.
- Utilize innovative recruiting methods including social media sites, networking events, building partnerships, etc.
- Ensure quality of hire and speed of hire is in line with metrics
- Ensure recruitment costs are within prescribed targets
Requirements:
- 1-3 years relevant experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Work experience in startups or high growth smaller organizations
Salary Range: 6 - 8 LPA
