We are looking for a passionate Account Manager who will build lasting business relationships with Whatfix customers and partners.He/She will maintains and grows business within our rapidly growing customer base by identifying new business opportunities within selected verticals.   The Account Manager informs and educates existing customers as to the scope of our services and solutions.His/Her responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.   He will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.  - Proven account management or other relevant experience preferably for a SAAS product.  - Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level  - Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs  - Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail  - Excellent relationship building skills & pleasant personality.  - Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills  - Excellent verbal and written communications skills.  - The person shall bear the responsibility of driving the sales of our product segment for the American region or as allocated by the management.   - To be responsible for the sales for the allocated the accounts in the region and achieve the sales revenue/targets.  - Good to have exposure & understanding of Web UI technologies like HTML / Javascript.
