We offer the freedom to move money safely, quickly and in cash to virtually any place on the planet.  Role  The Project Manager will manage resources instrumental in the development of processes, systems, and strategies related to Western Union compliance with international laws, government regulations and industry best practices. The Project Manager will manage a complex large project or multiple small complex projects within the AML Compliance Department.   Key Responsibilities  - This leader will manage/coordinate activities of a project team, including research, analysis, documentation, design/development of testing, problem resolution, training, status reporting, implementation, and post-rollout review.  - The Project Manager will monitor/evaluate project progress, maintain project documentation and develop presentations for communication.   - This position is also responsible for creating process flows and test cases, conducting testing, recognizing problem areas, analyzing solutions, and making recommendations for resolution.   Qualifications, Skills & Experience:   - Bachelor's Degree; advanced degree desirable   - Minimum of five years of progressive experience managing projects in a complex retail/consumer financial services organizations with multiple products in payment services, or in a regulatory agency specializing in compliance issues for payment services.   - PMI Certification desirable Substantive understanding of retail/commercial financial services products and delivery systems/platforms.   - Substantive understanding of project management methodology; prior experience managing projects within a compliance or technology organization, preferably with Six Sigma disciplines.   - Understanding of anti-money laundering regulations within the banking/financial services industry.   - Able to create change through influence, foster teamwork and orchestrate teams; demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, ability to earn the trust of leadership and business partners.   - Strong customer-centric viewpoint while possessing knowledge of other business units for possible efficiencies;   - Possess excellent communication skills.  The successful candidate will have access to great employee benefits, dynamic and innovative company culture/ work environment and fantastic incentives for high performers  Why Join Us?
