The Job :

- Reporting to the Global Compensation COE Leader, this position is responsible for providing compensation program design and review support. This team is critical in supporting the compensation needs of our global organization by helping manage the day to day administration of our Reward programs including the overall spend and effectiveness of our global programs.

- You will be responsible for providing technical and analytical support in the area of compensation, including writing and updating job descriptions, evaluating jobs and determining their classification.

- Alongside assisting in conducting studies for specific functional areas; through the analysis of market trends the completion of statistical reports and the development of recommendations and action plans to focus on employee attraction, retention and awards.

- This will be achieved through gathering data and preparing survey submission for participation in various external salary compensation surveys,In turn you will be responsible for loading and managing salary survey data into the Talent reward compensation system whilst updating and maintaining the global compensation administration guidelines and working on regional and other special projects as assigned.

About you :

- As the successful candidate you will be degree qualified in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field and have a strong eye for detail.

- You will have proven experience in compensation program support, including technical knowledge of key compensation fundamentals preferably coming from a HR consulting environment.

- You will also possess experience with an automated HRIS system (preferably Workday) alongside compensation management systems (preferably Talent Reward).

- It is essential that you are proficient in MS Word PowerPoint and have intermediate to advance MS Excel skills whilst maintaining strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
