Work Experience:
5 to 7 years of consumer brand marketing experience. Should have a proven track record in brand strategy & communication, online sales, customer management and innovation. Preferably should have worked on an international consumer brand. Should have the ability to spearhead brand activations and lead high level discussions with agencies, clients and vendors.
Key Deliverables:
Working on 360 degree marketing promotion which includes Acquisition, Engagement and Retention.
Drive entire journey of Omni-channel - Seamless experience of online to offline and vice-versa.
Plan and execute all Website Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Marketing Database, eMail Marketing, Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Display Advertising, Campaigns
End-to-end responsibility for strategizing and implementing projects to generate & increase revenue.
Manage allocation of the entire marketing spend on various channels based on analysis to ensure maximum ROI with minimum spends are achieved.
Evaluating and introducing new communication channels to increase revenue and optimize ROI for the company.
Promote & generate traffic on Mobile Apps to maximize revenue.
Work toward designing the promotion plan which include major attention to top and bottom of the funnel
Manage affiliates & alliances and optimize marketing initiatives to achieve desired results
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate customer persona & journey across multiple channels and enhance customer experience
Recommend & implement technical platforms required to execute planned content marketing and social media strategies
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to maintain harmony and optimize ROI
Salary range - 8-10 LPA
