CTO (0-15 Years exp in eCommerce/ Product development/ Software product architecture  Welnus is an Online market place start up in Healthcare and Pharma segment, based in Noida, North India. It is aiming to become a major player in Online based quick medicine delivery and other services.   As part of the current expansion plans, the start-up is looking to strengthen it app based platform as well as automate processes to achieve greater operational efficiency.   We are currently looking at self motivated and enthusiastic individuals who would want to participate in an early stage start-up and contribute to its growth and development   Reports in to : CEO   Role Function : Technology and Development   Responsibilities :   This role will be responsible for leading the overall development of the app based platform keeping in mind the business model, system architect, economic feasibility and most importantly the user interface aspect.   - Responsible for the entire technology setup for the business   - Responsible for any technology initiatives for enabling better customer service   - Responsible for managing the entire front end and back end operations of the technology involved across the organization.   - Would be developing/exploring new technology avenues.   - Maintaining the overall budget for the department   Key Competencies :   - Strong technologist with an ability to align technical design to meet the business vision   - Excellent programming skills  - Experience in eCommere/Mobile app domain.  - Experience in Android and i-os app development.  - Excellent command over API development.  - Experience is Node.js, Angular.js and MongoDB is added plus.  Qualification & Requirements :  - B.Tech (CS/IT preferred) from IIT or NIT (Drop outs with passion in technology are welcome!)  - People with experience in Product development / Architecture building for reputed internet companies like Google/Facebook/ Microsoft/ Adobe/ Amazon/Flipkart/ Snapdeal etc are very much welcome !  Apply only if you find below mentioned points are familiar!  - You know you are not made to work in a cubicle.  - You have always had intrigued by the entrepreneurship bug.  - You know very clearly the difference between a coder and a developer.  - You get kick and feel awesome when it comes to solve a programming related challenge.  - You believe that skill and persistence can take over experience.  - You get irritated when you see a code with out proper comment and exception handling.  - You love experimenting and adopting new technologies.  - You are a team leader with the spirit of a team player.  - An entrepreneurial acumen - Bring in passion, dedication and quality into his/her work to develop a world-class product and mobile apps  Compensation :  - Good sweat-equity in the company (opportunity to make a significant upside and become a co-founder)   Please note that this is an opportunity to become part of a start-up team
