Welfare Officer - FMCG (4-8 yrs)
We have very urgent opening for Welfare Officer for one of the India's biggest MNC in Andhra Pradesh.
Job Details:
Position: Welfare Officer
Job Location: Chirala or Anaparthi (AP).
Experience: 4-8 Years in Factory or Plant.
Educational Qualification: MHRM only (MBA or PGDM or any other Masters course will not be considered). Candidate should possess 60% and above across academics.
Salary: 7.00-8.00 L PA
Job Profile:
1. Should handle all statutory requirements in factory (Various returns and License renewals to be made at prescribed time as per statutory).
2. Should have strong hold on procedures to employee grievances and misconduct which could be minor or major.
3. Should have handled union negotiations, elections and other union related matters.
4. Should have understanding of all facilities in factory (Canteen, Hospital, Creche, Welfare, Heatth, Safety etc.) and their applicability in regards to various statutory requirements.
5. Should have strong hold on Factories act, Industrial Disputes Act & Standing orders Act.
Job Specifications:
1. Good communication and interpersonal skills
2. Should be proficient in MS Word Excel an Powerpoint
3. Should be able to converse in Telugu efficiently
4. Male candidates only
