Website Product Manager (3-6 yrs)

Silverpeople is hiring Website Product Manager for its client.

The company has an opening for website Product Manager.

- The successful candidate manages projects through product development lifecycle.

- He/She also develops business requirements and KPIs, drafts process flows, creates wire frames, manages creative design, writes product specification, and manages projects through development, QA, User Acceptance Testing and launch.

- In addition, the Product Manager leads post launch analysis and reports back to senior management and specifies website requirements by conducting market research, analyzing competitors, and maintaining a strong understanding of best in class website UI design.

- The person in this role also tracks project progress and communicates ongoing success levels to management team and measures/analyzes existing products for opportunities to innovate and improve.

Responsibilities:

- Manages projects through product development lifecycle. Develops business requirements and KPIs, drafts process flows, creates wire frames, manages creative design, writes product specification, and manages projects through development, QA, User Acceptance Testing and launch. In addition, leads post launch analysis and reports back to senior management. Manages website defects list. Works with Dev/QA to resolve top priority defects.

- Analyzes on-going website performance. Establishes KPI's for each part of the website (homepage, search, cross sells, checkout) Works with analytics and dev team closely. Identifies opportunities to innovate and improve the website. Reports on website performance to Sr. Management Team.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Education:

- MBA - Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or Finance preferred

Experience:

- 3 - 5 Years: 3 years Website Product Management preferably in ecommerce and 3+ years of Product Development experience for a consumer facing website (preferably eCommerce) with a proven track record of successfully launching new product features.

Skills/Abilities:

- Expert Level in Word, Visio, Excel & Power Point.

- Technologically Savvy and able to troubleshoot technical issues and investigate with DEV/QA, understand online information architecture standards and website UI design.

- Must have excellent time management skills, strong sense of urgency, be able to multi task, and possess a high degree of flexibility and the ability to work independently.

- Knowledgeable in the development of technology and product management and best practices.

- Superior organizational abilities
