A person with MBA- preferably in Media Marketing/Advertisement from tier-2 colleges OR Graduates with good experience in Customer support in Digital Communication domain is what we are looking for.
Key Account Executive
Job Description:
- Key to maintain relationship with the client
- Liaison between the client and the creative/development team to ensure the client's needs and goals are being met on every project.
- Should be able to propose initiatives to enhance client relation and generate more revenue to the company.
Special Skills:
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Must be well-organized
- Excellent people skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people
- Professional appearance and persona
- Working long hours, especially under tight deadlines
- Travel to the client may be required
- Must be able to handle pressure well
Education and Training:
- MBA- preferably in Media Marketing/Advertisement OR Graduates with good experience in Customer support in Digital Communication domain.
Typical Day:
- Check the status of each client's job(s) in the creative/development department and verify the jobs will be complete on time
- Contact each client at least once a day to discuss current and upcoming projects
- Propose new initiatives for the client
- Prepare and present concepts/layouts/copy to the client for approval
- Communicate the client's feedback to the creative department and discuss the next steps in the project
