JD OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB

- Provide consulting for analyzing clickstream data using statistical models, reports and quantitative ad-hoc analysis to develop actionable recommendations to increase web traffic, increase online conversion and reduce online marketing costs. Also provide consulting on online and offline data management, web analytics tool implementation and use, SEO, SEM, Multivariate and A/B testing, design and execution of online marketing campaigns, website optimization and customization, BI and driving the strategy across the client organization.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build comprehensive web analytics solutions for clients by analyzing web traffic using clickstream tools such as Omniture, Coremetrics etc. Analyze the clickstream data to create reports on site navigation (i.e. path analysis, entry & exit analysis, keyword analysis etc.) as well as visitor/customer behavior analysis. Use the insights generated to provide actionable recommendations to increase lead conversion and improve customer’s online experience

- Support the process of increasing traffic to client’s website by using analytics to create more intelligent Search Engine Optimization(SEO), Search Engine Marketing(SEM) and Pay Per Click(PPC) initiatives

- Integrate clickstream data (from tools like Omniture Visual Sciences, Web Logs) from multiple client sites, other online and customer offline data sources. Use this data to create holistic dashboards for the client senior management and online operations team. Develop business performance metrics and KPI’s and create performance dashboards

- Use the integrated data to create predictive analytics models like segmentation, propensity modeling etc. and build web strategies based on the insights

- Working with clients to gather business requirements from multiple sources i.e. product managers, development teams, and functional group members, and solutioning the web analytics client proposal

- Perform root cause analysis of performance issues and drive their resolution by partnering with cross-functional teams and track the success of corrective actions taken to resolve issues
