Support of PC Jeweller has enabled WYS to scale up significantly fast on the back-end infrastructure, including sourcing, jewellery designs and implementing operational best practices and increase our brand awareness within a large audience. Today, WearYourShine.com is amongst the top destination when it comes to buying fine jewellery online.
Vision is to create a one stop shop for online shopping of luxury products. The online jewellery retail market in India is picking up at a rapid rate and will be over US$2 bn market in next few years. We are confident and geared up to make the most of this opportunity.
Location : Mumbai/ New Delhi
Desired Experience : 0 - 3 years
Education : IITs or IIMs or other premium schools (MBA is not a must for this role)
Role : The candidate will have to wear multiple hats across various departments for the first few months. Currently the role will be across product, technology, operations and marketing. A more definitive role will be carved out in next 3-4 months depending upon the interest and performance. Happy to discuss the same.
We expect strong analytical capabilities, logical thinking and good leadership and communication skills. Prior experience in technology, logistics, operations, product design, digital marketing will be a plus (though not a must). We love to meet people from startups.
Must haves : Be excited to work for a startup and have the self-motivation to excel and willingness to work long hours.
Compensation : Competitive + Healthy ESOPs
