The incumbent should have hands on experience and passion to hire fast and get great talent for organization in shortest possible time.
The person would be responsible for the following:
- Closing junior and mid level positions successfully across functions (sales and marketing, product & technology) via networking, social media, reference but has to be necessarily individual contributor.
- Cost-effective and timely closure of positions with strict adherence to SLAs
- Hands on in recruiting fast and recruiting well.
Candidate Requirements:
- MBA-HR (Full-Time) from a tier-1 institute necessarily
- 2-5 years of hands on recruitment experience, necessary including experience in Executive/Leadership hiring.
- Should have an ability to identify senior level hires in consumer internet companies (Director / VP / Department Heads/ Senior Management) through Internet search, professional & social networking sites
- Excellent headhunting skills are mandatory.
- Ability to work hard, work under pressure, challenging working environment and tackle problems in a positive way
- Capable of handling a high level of responsibility and able to manage a team of recruiters under him/her.
