WeAreHolidays is a venture-funded company with leading VC fund (Silicon Valley & India based) and backing from prominent angel investors in India.  We’re looking for a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, a strong ownership/commitment, and experience in incubating and maturing our business in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.   Key responsibilities  1. Candidate would be responsible for formulating an overall holiday product and sales strategy for WeAreHolidays.   2. Candidate would be the custodian of WAH’s internal itinerary builder product. All decisions pertaining to product development on that shall be the PM’s responsibility.  3. Candidate would be the sole touch-point for the technology team to communicate various product level features to be developed, provide PRD’s and help in implementation of those at a business level.  4. Candidate would be responsible for overall sales/business level analytics mapping and reporting.  5. Candidate would lead all major business level experiments; role would involve defining, measuring and communicating results of the same to the top management.   6. Candidate would be responsible for overall communication strategy of all customer touch points at WAH.  7. Candidate would be responsible for new initiatives that will lead to a better planning experience and drive satisfaction at the time of sale.  Key skills required  1. Customer centricity  2.
