As Senior Manager-Product, one of your challenges is to conceptualize and adapt the product to the Indian market, keeping in mind local travel patterns.

You need to be a self-starter with a passion for independent, creative problem-solving, show strong ownership/commitment, and have experience incubating and maturing a business in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Above all we- re looking for an - I Will- attitude over - We Shall- .

Key Responsibilities

Conducting customer and competitor research to develop a thorough understanding of market needs and the competitive landscape

Developing testable product hypotheses; working with UX designers, developers and analytics team to set up, execute and evaluate the results of your product tests

Monitor, conduct analysis and evaluate the impact of experiments and/or A|B tests using a combination of web analytics, user analysis, user surveys and internal tools

Writing specifications; breaking down functional requirements into prioritized chunks for development

Collaborate with design and engineering resources to translate requirements into features with disruptive, quantifiable business value.

Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations teams to ensure features enable the proper go- to-market and operational objectives.

Project management: shepherding your projects from idea conception through execution to validation

Define success metrics for the product, build in ability to measure & track them and religiously track the same for insights, opportunities and learnings

Work with Visual & Interaction Designers and UX team to map user flows, paper prototype interactions, wireframes, information architecture & layout

The ideal candidate for this profile will be someone

With excellent judgement; data-driven decision maker

Excellent problem solving and multitasking skills, with a creative and flexible attitude

Solid understanding of development processes, what's easy vs. hard to do technically

Passionate about delivering an outstanding user experience through obsessive attention to detail

Has a strong track record of shaping business strategy for technical products or services.

Has relentlessly high standards (is never satisfied with the status quo)

Is able to dive deep and is never out of touch with the details of the business. Thinks big, without losing the details.

Expects and requires innovation of her/his team

Has passion and convictions and the innate ability to inspire passion in others

Is a B.Tech / B.E. / M.E. / M.Tech / MCA from a reputed institute

Bonus - Is a MBA from a tier 1 institute

Bonus - Exposure to web technologies like Core Java, JSP, Java Servlets, Java Struts, Spring, &

Hibernate and mobile technologies like Android, iOS, Windows Mobile

Bonus points for previous start-up experience or contribution to any open source project.

This position will be based full time at Delhi.

Salary and perks will be no constraint for the right candidate.
