Role ; WEALTH RM -PMS ..Should have Good knowledge on equity .
The position is responsible for prospecting and selling PMS products to High Net worth Individuals through direct sales efforts and third party distributors.
- Ensure effective and smooth relationship with assigned distributors /clients in the region for growth in business.
- Responsible for prospecting and selling PMS products to High Net worth Individuals/corporate through direct sales efforts and third party distributors.
- Distribution relationship nurturing and management by continuous engagement and training and other values adds.
- Developing business through consultative engagement with internal Branch managers / Senior RMs / Regional Heads etc.
- Responsible for achieving Sales Targets and Market share.
- Market & industry analysis.
- Generating & increasing sales.
- Relationship management.
Sound relationship management skills.
- Good communicational abilities.
- Negotiation skills.
- Self driven
- Should have an eye for detail.
- Should be having a pleasing & smart personality, preferably from a private banking background.
- Strong Communication skills.
- Good product and market knowledge in Equity and Debt.
- MBA with minimum 3-6 years of experience.
- AMFI certification compulsory.
- Should have experience in institutional/ private banking space or PMS sales
Salary Range: 6 - 10 LPA
