Company : Private Bank   Role : Wealth Manager - Private Banking  Key Performance Areas :   The selected candidate will be responsible for :  - Caters to the highest segment of Private Banking clients.  - Understanding the clients needs and designing solutions to fulfill them is the focus of the team.  - Advising clients on products and services available on Investment, ensuring they are aware of and understand those that best meet their needs, and then securing a sale   - To increase the overall financial revenue being generated from the set of clients mapped/acquired.  - Building a healthy GL book Current Account and Fixed deposit; building a healthy asset base Secured and unsecured loans; seamless and superior service delivery, compliance with key regulatory and bank level requirements;   - Conducting in-depth reviews of clients investments based on existing Financial Profiler by analysing information and preparing plans best suited to clients' requirements   - Designing financial strategies and structure the offering in a cost-effective manner   - Promoting and selling Investment products to meet given sales targets   - Resolution of queries of all mapped clients within TAT specified   - Ensuring regular updating of call reports in relevant system   - Ensuring need based product approach towards clients and regular reporting of product penetration  Key Skills :   - Ability to manage relationships to improve relationship value of existing customers.   - Ability to build and maintain long term relationships, deepening relationship and growing revenues.   - Ability to ensure compliance with key regulatory and bank level requirements.   We are looking for MBA's with relationship / sales orientation.
