We are looking for Warehouse Manager for an online retail company in Delhi/NCR.  Job Description:  Reviewing the performance of the Warehouse Operation and identifying areas that can be improved.  - Managing the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of a wide range of goods from the warehouse.  - Optimizing all tasks and processes within the supply chain.  - Responsible for Manpower Planning and Management.   - Looking after the transportation of goods into and out of the warehouse.  - Maximizing space usage within the warehouse.  - Working with supervisors to improve staff performance.  - Developing and implementing SOPs for the warehouse.  Preferred Skills:  - Must have handled a warehouse of at least 1lac sq.ft  - Must have managed a large team of supervisors and warehouse staff  - Excellent communication skills  - Experience in e-commerce industry must.  - Preferable from home furnishing background  - Must have been at a managerial role for atleast 2 years.
