Join us in building and growing Middle East's biggest E-commerce company!  Role: Category Marketing Manager  Job Overview  The person would be responsible for maintaining appropriate merchandizing on the website properties.  Responsibilities and Tasks:  - Co-ordinate across categories to ensure site property merchandizing is in sync with business revenue goals  - Conceptualize and execute onsite marketing promotions, theme stores  - Manage tactical sale/inventory liquidation promotions  - Track the efficiency of merchandizing activities in terms of revenue generated, user engagement metrics etc   Key Performance Indicators:  - On site conversion rates  - Average ticket size  - Novelty of marketing promotion ideas  Experience & Skills required:  - Should have executed creative marketing campaigns which had generated qunatifiable traction  - Ideal canditate will be able to handle and make decisions in ambigous situations  - Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.  - Prior experience in a Consumer Internet marketing domain is a plus.  - Working Proficiency in MS Office Word & Excel  Desired Candidate Profile  Education - B.Tech/B.E./MBA- Ivy League (IITs / IIMs / BITS / Top NITs etc)  Experience - From a top-notch internet company
