In addition, VVF has a consumer product division. This segment contains a range of personal & Hair care products. JO, DOY and Bacter Shield are some of VVF's home brands.

Position : Category Head - Personal Care

Division : Marketing

Experience : 10+ years

Qualification : MBA (Marketing)

Key Internal Interactions :

- Entity Purpose of Interaction

- Sales Driving volumes, sales interaction and motivation,promotions and launches

- R&D Development of new products

- Business Finance Managing Business P&L for the category

- Venders Ad Agency - on brand and campaign development, Market Research- Consumer insight mining and concept check, BTL Agencies- needbased

Role Purpose :

- To develop, pilot and scale up a profitable business in the space of Personal Hygiene category Brand across multiple formats.

Requirement :

Sales experience : (1 - 2 years)

- Marketing/ category Experience preferably on hygiene & germkill category

- Independent brand management and exposure to mass media management as well as digital

- Self-starter, Needs to think Big,

Key Responsibilities :

Brand Management :

- Concept development and testing, Product development, Packaging development, Developing a long term vision on the brand and translating to the relevant brand strategy

- Communication and Activation Development, Creation and implementation of marketing calendar

- Sales interaction through market visits and liasoning with sales teams for motivation, sales promotions and ensuring distribution and visibility

- Leading a cross functional team to deliver the product in time for test launch.

Interested candidates having relevant experience in Personal Care or OTC can share their profiles at earliest.
