- Handling end to end recruitment cycle
- Understanding hiring requirement in discussion with Business Leaders
- Job Posting on portals and social networking sites
- Sourcing and Screening profiles
- Scheduling Technical and HR interview
- Conducting background verification check
- Compensation Fitment
- Rolling out offer letter
- Maintaining Recruitment Dashboards
Essential Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to understand and execute independently the end to end recruitment cycle
- Successful experience of delivering IT recruitment target
- Sound understanding of recruitment tool and methods
- Good knowledge of IT Skills terminology
- Ability to deliver on niche requirements
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Strong analytical skills
Work Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in handling end to end recruitment in IT industry
- Experience in bulk hiring activity
Educational Qualification:
MBA from premier institute (full time course)
