VP - VisionPlus - Delivery/Program Management (12-16 yrs)
Required : VP VisionPlus with 12+ yrs exp in IT technologies.
Should have 5+ yrs exp in Vision PLUS Solution and support.
Strong Project Management, People Management and Extensive exp interacting with C-level executives.
Location : Gurgaon
Responsibilities :
- Provides leadership to both solution delivery and support teams on VisionPLUS
- Develops strategic roadmap for VisionPLUS working closely with both local and global teams
- Managing budgets and contracts associated with program initiatives. Provides leadership for setting up required resources / program management practices needed for VisionPLUS. Clearly articulates program requirements across all stakeholders
- Build enterprise wide prioritization and tracking for all existing and new program VisionPLUS programs.
- Works across multiple stakeholders to drive communication/ awareness on new programs in VisionPLUS.
Improve processes in following areas :
- Change Management
- Release Management- Institutionalizes standard VisionPLUS release management processes
- Leads the capacity planning for VisionPLUS. Identifies and implements optimization and cost reduction opportunities.
- Maintains industry knowledge related to technology trends in specific technology areas
