VP - US Banking Compliance

Hiring for a MNC Bank Captive unit in Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities include:

- Support US-based consumer and wholesale banking customers subject to US-based banking (non-securities) laws and regulations, as well as local laws which apply to the legal entity for the Global Service Center.

- Demonstrate extensive US and local regulatory compliance knowledge to be able to effectively support and drive the Global Compliance Program

- Support the GSC lines of business for adherence to the Global Compliance Core Practices and framework

- Work closely with the GSC lines of business to develop and implement compliance plans and frameworks in line with the Global 7 Core Practices Framework

- Liaising with the US and regional lines of business Compliance teams to ensure consistent and best practice compliance procedures and controls are adhered to and implemented
