About our Client - Our client is a Leading Investment Bank with a strong presence in Asia. As a part of expansion a opportunity has arisen for a senior role in Treasury Accounting for their captive center in India.

Job Description - Reporting to the Director Treasury Accounting, you key responsibilities would include:

- Treasury accounting and reporting as per FAS133/140/52 and FIN46 requirements. Monthly closing as per US & UK GAAP.

- Derivative accounting including Interest Rate Swap, Option, Forward and Swap contracts.

- Accounting and reporting for inter-company transactions, bond and senior notes accounting, accounting for different categories of investments and securities including impairment.

- Providing trainings to new team members to build their understanding in process.

- Implementation of Sarbanes Oxley Act in Treasury related functions.

- Managing relationships with various stakeholders.

The Successful Candidate - You are a Qualified CA with 10 - 12 years of experience in treasury accounting, financial / regulatory reporting within an Investment Banking setup. Prior experience in setting up processes, team and stakeholder management is a must.
