About our Client: Our client is a Leading Global Bank with operations in over 50 countries across the world and a successful history in India as well. They have been expanding their shared service set up and are looking for a seasoned finance professional to lead their Transfer Pricing Agreement & Fixed Asset Accounting team setup for multiple geographies and business verticals for the organization.

Job Description:

Reporting to the VP Cost Management; you will be responsible for:

- Managing entire Transfer Pricing Agreement & Fixed Asset Accounting piece for the group

- Understand Transfer Pricing policies between countries where group entities are present

- Create and manage Inter company agreements for group entities

- Work closely with financial control and group consolidation team

- Liaise with senior stakeholders across different businesses and geographies

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a Qualified CA with minimum of 10 years post qualification work experience in Inter-company reconciliations, Transfer Pricing, Finance & Accounting operations.

- Prior experience in team and senior stakeholders management is also a must.
