We have a requirement for the position of VP Architect (Only Females) for Bangalore location.   Position: VP - Architect  Skill:   - Java scripting, HTML v. 5, CSS, User Interface, Jquery  - Angular JS framework very important  Experience: 10 - 19 years  Education: Any Graduate (preferred BE/ ME/ M.Tech/ B.Tech/ MCA/ MSC computer).  Job Location: Bangalore  Job Description:  - The Technical Architect is responsible for scoping, architecting and leading technology teams in the delivery of challenging technical solutions for clients in various domains.  - A critical activity for the architect is to provide technical guidance and consulting to clients, to help them understand key technology tradeoffs and make informed decisions.   - The Technical architect is expected to collaborate easily and effectively with creative and experience design leads to lead successful implementations of solutions for clients.  Responsibilities:  - Understand the strategy, needs of business units and assist global teams in development of technology roadmaps  - Experience in hands on coding as part of the role  - Leading the definition of application and technology architecture domains in consultation with the respective Business, Heads of Architecture within the IT Group as a whole.  - Communicate and influence key elements of one or more technology architectures to technical and business audiences  - Provide consultation and issue resolution services to IT colleagues for one or more technology architectures, consulting with other architecture leaders as required.  - Contributes in group strategic initiatives and decision making at a group level including product architectures and roadmaps  - Interface with senior stakeholders including other group architects to drive architectural directions  - Development of relevant architectural standards & high level design principles  - Spearheads various key technology initiatives like standard definition, frameworks, architecture blueprints  - Identify opportunities to leverage technology synergies to save costs and improve efficiencies  - Seek and exploit business adjacencies through addressing the technology needs  - Initiate innovative application of technology to capture new business value  - Remaining current on leading trends in designated architecture areas and IT in general.  - Be connected to industry bodies and relevant organization to ensure currency of leading trends in the market  - Manage core group of Technical Architects and guide mid to large size delivery teams through full software lifecycle including requirements gathering, technical assessments, software evaluation, technical design, code development, launch and maintenance Identify the hardware and software components a technical solution will use for implementation and provide guidance on how to appropriately implement the underlying application components  - Provide expert knowledge of application and system architecture at all levels.
