About our Client - Our client is one of the largest MNC banks in the world known for its aggressive and progressive approach. They service retail, consumer, and investment banking clients and have been successful in expanding their services in the sub-continent.

Job Description - Reporting into the Head HR, your responsibilities will include :

- Provide consulting services as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for India HR team on programs and activities related to talent processes and practices

- Work with HR Advisors and regional talent teams to implement integrated solutions which will include selection, executive assessment, coaching, individual development planning, talent review, succession planning, and executive development programs for the executive population

- Support the development of high potential employees at senior and mid-career levels, ensuring an enhanced pipeline of high performing professional talent through structured interventions

- Assist in building end to end India talent strategy for campus & lateral hires and to integrate the existing and proposed programs

- Diversity Implement & support the talent and diversity initiatives for the India franchise in partnership with the India Diversity council

- Partner closely with Senior HR Advisors and regional diversity team to develop and execute short and long-term HR strategies to grow and develop talent and continue to broaden the diversity agenda

- Create diversity action plans working with the Sr. HR Advisors and senior business leaders to address any areas of opportunity and drive diversity throughout the organization

- The role will also involve regular reporting and record keeping of success measures of the programs to the relevant stakeholders

- Work closely with marketing and corporate affairs teams to support in communication and marketing of the necessary plans and programs

- Support Diversity networks in the management of their agendas

The Successful Candidate :

- You will be a 2005-2007 batch pass out from a Tier 1 business school with extensive exposure to Talent Management and Diversity in a global environment. Exposure of working in a matrix organization and excellent presentation and communication skills are essential for this role.
