Team Management
Key Accountability:
Responsible for Institutional Sales or Key Accounts Management, Responsible for Mutual Fund / AIF & PMS
Drive business growth in Inst investor space for the company
An expert in B2B sales, corporate sales.
It's a high priority position and requires special focus.
- Fulfill all responsibilities in relation to:
- New Client acquisition across relevant Corporate Investor categories (Large, Medium & SME) / build relationship with National Distributor- s
- Direct sell full range of products across Mutual Fund Funds (Equity / Debt) / AIF & PMS.
- Market information of competition to know the flavored products and work with Product team to design the similar or better products for Investors & Distributors.
- Keep track of all competitive tactics and strategies.
Desired Skills
- Wide network of contacts across intermediaries / Institutional Investors / Corporate Investors & SMEs
- Thorough knowledge of Financial Markets.
- Ability to drive sales.
- Establish new processes / structure as a part of new business segment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter and goal oriented
- Detail oriented with ability to understand changing market scenario
Technical Competencies:
- Understanding of fund / investment company formations /financial products
- Understanding of Treasury and fixed income products
