Position Title – Chief Sales Officer (VP/ Senior VP)

Reporting directly to CEO & Managing Director

Location: Hyderabad/ Mumbai/ Bangalore/ Delhi

Position Summary :

- The Chief Sales Officer is part of Management Council, drives strategy and direction, Identifying process outsourcing opportunities, developing clients and generating business from diverse markets resulting in maximum leverage of the infrastructure available

- Responsible for top line and bottom line achievement.

- Responsible for driving business growth in existing accounts, as well as new accounts. Drives business in India domestic initially and in selected international locations progressively.

- Role requires ability to bring in partnership to win business as well as grow competency. Conduct competitor and market analysis to ensure an up-to-date understanding / position on all competitors, industry changes and marketplace strategic opportunities

- Create, Develop and Nurture a strong sales and Marketing team including Customer Access, Billing Collections and Sales Support

- Lead and liaise with the CEO and other executive team members on the development and implementation of the company’s strategic and operational plans

- Develop, review, and report on the business development group’s strategy, ensuring the strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the team, Responsible for meeting revenue targets (per seat/ client/ process)

- Responsible for the end-to-end RFP strategy, process and proposal production and delivery, Establish strong relationships with the top-consulting firms and leverage these contacts for procurement of business, Identify business opportunities, acquire new clients/ businesses for services offered and sustain existing relationships.

- Awareness & delivery of BCP responsibilities in case

- Industry associations with NASSCOM, CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM, to facilitate top of the mind recall for the company in these industry forums.

- Build and lead an effective and cohesive management team; Self-development and continuing personal development;

Person Specification :

- Should have at least 18 years of experience out of which at least 2 years in a similar role for a company in service domain having comparable complexity (e.g. Multiple clients, service outsourcing).

- At least 5+ years of service industry experience with global presence; preferable 3+ years of direct work experience in Europe/ USA.

- Proven Track record of working relations with top corporations especially with the Fortune 1000 companies.

- Proven Business Development capabilities including track record of generating new business and brand builder

- Ability to create business opportunities and deliver results even under adverse conditions.

- Aptitude & ability to build and lead a strong team. Knowledge of various Business acquisition and sustenance models.
