Primary responsibilities:
- Own the solution design for the Banking Financial Services industry vertical.
- Deal and front end with BD/Sales/Practice teams and other functions to build the most relevant solutions for potential clients and contribute to deal conversion.
- Lead strategic initiatives globally
- Be aware of market trends/changes/competitive landscape
Desired profile:
- Experience in handling and leading sales proposals / cycles (RFIs, RFPs, Due Diligence, Contracting)
- Consulting experience - transformation / reengineering would be advantage
- Domain expertise in Banking, should have hands on experience and understanding of retail banking
