- 7+ years of software sales experience in an individual contributor and management role, including 3+ years sales management experience

- Proven record of sales success in a similar enterprise software application environment

- Successful track record in a high volume transaction sales environment

- A self-starter who can effectively work within a strong team culture

- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

- Ability to hire and train new sales representatives

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with a CRM solution, Webex Technology

- Strong presentation/demonstration skills, communication and written skills
