VP - Sales - Security/Facility Management Services (10-20 yrs)
Company: A leading company in Security (Man guarding) and Facility management Services with offices across India and International locations.
Position: VP/AVP/GM Sales (National role)
Location: Mumbai
Job Description:
- Work with the B/D marketing teams to create and execute the growth strategy
- Promote and communicate the strategy to both internal audiences and advisors
- Coordinate all sales activity across the B/Ds. Establish protocols for workflows between B/D and sale / Ops groups
- Prioritize sale growth initiatives, remaining mindful of market activity.
- Hire, grow and promote a team of high energy, passionate leaders
- Partner with IT to secure resources to develop digital marketing initiatives
- Identify success metrics and use them to refine sales / growth activity
- Drive the creation of sales collateral, white papers as well as website content and sales tools for advisors.
- Stay abreast of competitor marketing activities/programs.
- Foster a positive, creative environment.
- Should have own database (leads) for sales
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA and/or advanced industry designations preferred
- 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably from the Security & Facility management Industry.
- Marketing experience a must
- Passion for technology, emerging media, social media and the Internet
- Strong understanding of broad marketing and branding concepts
- Project management experience
