The product helps SME’s to instantly get an online presence and also gives them an immediate
logistic support to do business not only in their current network or vicinity but across the globe. We
not only set up the entire online infrastructure for SME's but also help them in selling more as we
come integrated with top market places across the country.

B2C - is a Location - Aware - Promotion search engine, which understands its users location requirements and helps its users discover the most relevant promotional offers, discounts and specials in & around their locality. The mission is to help people get more value from their everyday transactions by publishing location based relevant offers & discounts. Easily discoverable and anywhere accessible are the 2 mantras

The Product focuses as a product,The product Is a consumer facing “Retail Market Place”. All partners’ products automatically get listed on and once they are live. Through the app/site the product enables micro sites for never before online retailers and manufacturers. The initiative through this facility is to make a location based retail market place in the country from whack folks sitting in Delhi could shop from retailers
in Lokhandwala Market, Andheri West Mumbai!!!

VP Sales & Revenues

Position Summary:

- Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the VP Sales & Revenues will be responsible for the overall
management of the company’s Sales & Revenues.

- This is a management level role and also involves ESOP

Responsibilities:

- Serve as a key member of the executive team that sets the company’s strategic direction.

- Spearhead business development initiatives that are consistent with the company’s overall strategy.

- Manage multiple business initiatives in a start-up environment.

- Revenue generation and strategic partnerships development and management.

- Build and manage a business development team.

- Manage complex contract negotiation and work with legal counsel as required.

- Win early customers with limited support.

- Be the driving force in the development of the work ethic, culture and values of the sales and business development group. Through personal example, establish the style and approach which will characterize the Company’s dealings with the marketplace

Requirements:

- This start up requires VP Sales & Revenues who can identify potential deals and develop the tactics and teams needed to bring them to fruition. This executive will need to actively lead the business development function in an effective, aggressive manner.

- At the same time, this executive is also expected to be a contributor to the management of the company as a whole, as a member of the senior management team.

- 10 years plus of business development, marketing, and/or sales experience.

- Prior experience in managing sales and business for market place.

- Understands the whole life cycle of managing a market place.

- Experience in managing big teams to acquire sellers.

- Retail experience.

- Established and managed revenues as a business head.

- Should be willing to work from scratch to establish business.

- Recruitment and setting up sales processes.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is required, with an MBA
