With the current expansion in their global operations, they are looking for a seasoned finance professionals at a VP level for their captive setup.  Job Description  Reporting to the Head of Sales Finance, your key responsibilities include:  - Revenue and performance reporting for the Investment Banking division on various parameters (By team, By client, By product) across Asia, America's and EMEA.  - Rolling out monthly and quarterly performance scorecards comprising P&L.  - Monthly client revenue reporting for the sales organization including monthly employee scorecards.  - Leading and mentoring a team of 25 working across shifts.  The Successful Applicant  You are a Qualified CA and an existing VP within a Banking setup with experience in Revenue and Sales MI reporting, FP&A. An understanding of Investment Banking products (Equity, FX, Derivatives etc.) is a must.
