Job Purpose:  - Accountable for execution of client projects within the defined cost matrix, resources and assigned Business P&L using the prescribed tools, methods and processes.  Finanancial Accountability :  - Accountable to ensure division's revenue target is achieved within the cost matrix and maximise profitability  Operations :  - Conceptualise, design, develop and implement tools, methods and processes:  - To align the S&M practice area to achieve organisational vision, goals and objective  - For efficient operations and ensuring high quality and on-time client deliverables To enhance client experience and engagement  - To maximise revenue on every deal  - To manage client scope and expectations on every deal  - To establish early warning systems to alert Client and internal stakeholders on obstacles / challenges with respect to deliverables and any other functions in the S&M practice area  - To identify and provide solutions for obstacles / challenges with respect to any function in the S&M practice area.  Supporting Sales:  - Accountable for showcasing service capabilities to customers and building solutions that meet Customer requirements  - Support the selling process through continuous creation, review and implementation of collaterals showcasing the divisions competencies and capabilities  - Accountable for creating solutions and deal structures that ensure pipeline conversion and deal wins for the S&M practice area  Training & Coaching:  - Accountable for implementation, coaching and training the S&M practice area in tools, methods and processes to achieve goals, objectives and milestones, enhance client experience and engagement and maximise revenue potential  Continual improvement:  - Accountable for continual improvement of all tools, methods and processes across the S&M practice area Accountable for workforce planning in S&M practice area  People Management:  - Conceptualise, design, develop and implement tools, methods and processes:  - For identifying and addressing gaps in competencies and skills in the S&M practice area ( Operations, Project Management, Extended Operations, Quality, Sourcing, Learning and Development)  - To develop coaching skills within the S&M practice area  - To attract, retain and motivate staff across the S&M practice area  - Accountable to promote culture of high performance and continuous improvement with commitment to quality Accountable for succession planning within all leadership and client engagement areas within the S&M practice area  - Ensure fair and equitable performance assessment and skill development for all team-members  Customer :  - Conceptualise, design, develop and implement tools, methods and processes in S&M practice area:  - To ensure customer satisfaction  - To ensure client retention and renewal
