We are looking out for a senior Sales & Marketing professional for the position of Vice President - Sales & Marketing for a Semi Durable Fashion brand to be located at Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate will be a MBA with 15+ years of relevant experience in sales and marketing. Since the product is a consumer semi durable and in the fashion segment, retailing at low to medium price-points across stand-alone and chain stores, the candidate would need to be from similar verticals (garment, cosmetics, soft drinks or similar FMCG industry). Ongoing direct and personal relationships with multi-brand and single-brand chain stores will be a huge added advantage.

Responsibilities

The candidate will need to interact with large format stores on behalf of the distributors/Channel partners as well as on behalf of the client organization.

He will need to aggressively develop the retail market through current dealers as well as expand the dealer network across the country.

He would also be looking for new and other non-conventional avenues of business such as dealing with MNC/ Corporates for corporate orders (product promotion through in-pack/ out/ pack promotion schemes), co-branding etc.

While he will be directly responsible to drive Sales and enhance revenues, he will also, as Vice President need to involve himself in factory management and allied activities.

We are looking for a leader, a driver, a coordinator and a motivator.

This position is an interim step towards being elevated as President of the company, and is totally based on performance. Hence they are looking for persons who are looking out for long term innings and not frequent job hoppers.
