- Manage a Sales volume of Rs.100-150 Cr.

- Handling team & driving them to achieve the targets

- Ensure all Quality Parameters are followed as per Quality Norms

- Strategizing the sales plan for the West Zone

- Designing Marketing initiatives

- To improve Customer Experience by identifying and improving the Customer requirements across Customer touch points

- Managing the profitability

- Expanding the network
