VP Sales (Growth)-Health care start up  FIRM:   Health care start up based in Mumbai (with a presence across metro cities)   LOCATION: Mumbai   CTC: UP TO 50 LPA  ROLE: VP SALES   - This role will be reporting into the founders and will be responsible for sales & growth hacking  - 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales/BD/marketing/revenue and associated functions   - Prior experience in healthcare is a plus  - This will be a growth hacker sort of role   - The incumbent will be leading the inside sales, field sales, account mgmt and other growth hacking functions   - Proven track record of success into generating revenue/leads and of leading large teams  - Ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment   - Ability and experience in hiring, mentoring and leading   - Prior relevant experience in firms like OLA, Swiggy. Uber, Practo, Zomato, OYO etc would be a plus
