VP - Sales/Enterprise Sales - IT/Cloud Solutions (10-15 yrs)
Currently we are looking out for VP- SALES/ ENTERPRISE SALES position for one of our client into cloud solution provider.

Desired Skills
Skills & experience includes:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years in software sales and 6 years sales leadership experience.
- You are passionate about Practice Fusion’s mission and driven by the success of the entire team.
- Have experience in selling cloud management solutions to medium to large payer and large health systems.
- You display and inspire a culture of excellence with your peers and your team.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, analytical, highly organized and detail oriented.
- History of building enterprise sales organizations and scaling an enterprise sales channel.
- Proven track record as a consistent top performing sales leader and leading sales team that exceeds revenue goals.
- Understand that face to face interaction with our prospects and enterprise clients is essential and are prepared to travel up to 50%.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Attract, hire, develop and retain enterprise sales team to prospect, develop and close new deals for Practice Fusion’s network management, patient engagement and quality improvement offerings.
- Work with Business Development and Product Marketing to create sales materials, product pricing and define go to market strategy
- Invest in and develop the expertise of sales team related to our network management, patient engagement and quality improvement offerings and enterprise solutions selling best practices.
- Work with urgency to drive channel success including “rolling up the sleeves” to lead and / or provide active support and direct leadership in closing individual deals.
- Define and develop a sales operations team to drive sales enablement, provide sales support, efficient contracting, and help define and implement sales incentive and compensation plans.
- Set up sales plans, budgets, objectives, strategies and initiatives to fulfill the growth and revenue goals for the enterprise and platform services sales teams.
- Provide active support to enterprise and platform services sales team to avoid issues and help close deals.
- Meet with sales team regularly to help develop and refine tactics to maximize revenue per lead, manage sales pipeline, set priorities, and refine and set sales forecasts.
- Define and develop technical sales engineering team to provide essential detailed product and service support to maximize sales effectiveness and independence.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to sales team in maintaining and expanding customer relationships and establishing strong customer relationships with strategic accounts.
- Partner with Business Development, Product Marketing, Partner Success, Customer Success and Technology to refine offerings for payers, platform services partners and independent delivery networks for repeatable and effective sales.
- Help guide the evolution of ongoing sales enablement tool kits based on customer feedback, key client pain points, and feedback from individual sales team members and their hands-on experience.
