We are executing a leadership assignment as Vice President Sales (North) with one of the India's largest E - Learning & Technology solution company headquartered at Hyderabad. The company is one of the pioneer in introducing the E - Learning & digital learning platform in Education industry in India.  The Key Responsibilities would be :  - Business Development and sales in North.  - P&L responsibility for the zone (sales, cost, collections, marketing etc).  - Product mix penetration in the market through Digital classrooms, Academic Books, ERP and Labs.  - Drive top relationship and high value relationship.   - Team size fulfillment, control on attrition, training and employee satisfaction.  Skills Required :  - Hands-on target-driven Sales for at least 4 years.  - Must have handled high-value relationships and key accounts.  - Good analytical skills, should be comfortable with Excel / reporting.  - Hands-on team management skill (cross-location, hierarchy).  - Exposure to cross-channel sales teams (direct, inside, distributor, franchise).  Background :  - BTech from Tier 1 Engineering Colleges (IIT/NIT) + MBA from Tier 1 B Schools (IIM/XLRI/FMS/IIFT)   - At least 6-8 years full-time work experience.  - Experience across FMCG/IT/ Telecom distributed sales channels is a strong plus.  - Compensation is not a constraint for a suitable candidate.
