VP - Sale & marketing  Designation- VP-Sales and marketing  Location : Saket (South Delhi)  - Leasing and marketing of shopping mall, shop spaces.  - Designing and implementing the strategy that fulfil the objectives, maximizes revenues, profits and market share of the company while streamlining overall operations pertaining to business development, and customer service.  - Handing the Leasing, Marketing and Business Development of Shopping Centre. Selecting Retail partners to maximize revenue and sales and evaluate options for new categories based on consumer insight.  - Ensuring the Retail partners adopt the highest standard of retailing and drive high levels of conversion, thus increasing the trading density   - Leasing, Planning and reviewing retail mix strategies in terms of zoning, trade mix, Marketing Mix of Shopping Centre.   - Identifying new revenue stream and optimize layout/space utilization and Carrying out Tenant Negotiation, Short-term lease as Kiosk, Cart, and signage spots etc.  - Ensuring to Increase in SSPD by improving category wise performance, managing the contracting process and ensure all legal and security compliances.  - Planning and implementing new promotional strategies like BTL / ATL activities, exhibitions, shop front/inside display etc.  - Exceeding revenue objectives while continuously creating opportunities for revenue generation in a professional manner and achieving assigned targets by maintaining quality business relationship.  Requirements :   - Candidates with prior experience into shopping mall or real estate will be preferred  - Candidates with exp into leasing and marketing of shop spaces will be preferred
