VP - Risk Infrastructure Analytics - Bank

Job Description:

Reporting in to the Global Head of Analytics, you will:

- Drive the implementation of risk strategies and models on production systems like SMg3, TRIAD, AAPS, and CTA etc.

- Lead and provide support for large and/or complex credit policy, risk and/or marketing projects requiring advanced analytical, quantitative and technical skills

- Implement internal and external credit scoring models using both traditional and other advanced predictive technologies-Use segmentation and optimization tools in strategy development tools

- Manage a team of 25-40 experienced Risk Analytics Professionals

- Monitor and evaluate performance of credit support systems utilizing internal or external scoring, management software packages or programs to aid in managing account acquisition and portfolio management

- Ensure compliance, operational risk controls in accordance with the Bank's and Regulatory standards and policies; and optimize relations with regulators by addressing any issues

- Conduct complex research projects related to systems design, data collection, and analysis, summary of findings, recommendations and presentation of results;

- Drive Acquisition, credit limit setting, credit support system performance and account management

As the Successful Applicant, you will have:

- At least 12+ years of Business Leadership Experience focused primarily in the Banking & Financial Services Domain

- At least 7+ years of proven Business Infrastructure experience or equivalent

- Masters or Ph. D. degree in either economics or statistics or any quantitative area or MBA (with quantitative background)

- Client/Account Management experience is a must

- An Entrepreneurial spirit/drive to execute quickly with the simultaneous ability to navigate political barriers

- Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally

- Strong organizational, problem-solving , inter-personal and communication skills
