We have a suitable senior vacancy as VP-Retail Operations with our clients who are a leading, professionally managed retail organisation.

The position is based out of Mumbai and reports to CEO.

Responsible to integrating and implementing process controls with the Retail as well as other teams including Merchandising, Sales, Distribution, Supply Chain and Finance; towards achieving the business plan.

REQUISITE:

- Minimum of 12 years work experience, experience in retail preferred.

- Demonstrated management experience essential.

- MBA/ PGDBM

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong oral and written communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills and experience developing processes and procedures.
