About our client
Our client is a middle market Investment Bank with the capability to serve clients globally across TMT, consumer, infrastructure, real estate among other sectors. With an excellent debt and restructuring track record, the bank has recently closed some marquee deals in cross-border M&A. This is a diverse product platform with a global management team.
Job Description
As a VP with the restructuring team, you will be reporting to the Country Head of India. You will assist in deal origination and the execution of mandates particularly in the restructuring space; you will be required to have strong industry contacts as well. Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Assisting with deal origination
- Building and refining complex financial models for valuation requirements
- Creating information memorandums
- Managing client relationships
The Successful Applicant
You will have an engineering degree from one of the top engineering schools in India (IIT only) or the US. As Vice President you should have 8-12 years of Investment Banking experience with proven expertise in the restructuring space. Candidates with international exposure will be preferred.
