Leadership position for Reference data - Operations for Noida location. We are looking for people who have around 4 to 5 years of experience in reference data ,6+ years of experience in people management with strong presentation skills

Job Description:

- Graduate/Post Graduate degree or equivalent, preferably in Finance, Economics or Business

- 10+ years of experience previously working in a similar analytical environment in capital markets with proven leadership and management capabilities

- Good understanding of SQL is desired

- Very strong understanding of Fixed income terms and conditions, corporate actions and financial markets

- Experience of working in a global and geographically diverse organization

- Clear understanding of competition and value proposition of the offering

- 6+ years of people management experience

- Experience of building and maintaining strong professional relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally.
