Essential Requirement

1. Drive quality and change management processes; identify customer needs and key drivers to reach customer satisfaction goals 

2. Manage and Implement Business Excellence Programs by combining the quality methodologies to support business goals and initiatives.

3. Partner with business leaders in identification and delivery of process improvement initiatives and lead business transformation projects

4. Work with cross-functional teams set up to execute the process improvement projects across businesses

Qualifications / Skill Set

1. A professional with 12-15 years leadership experience in managing quality and project management activities in a global organization

2. Proven knowledge of processes, tools and methods of Lean Six Sigma or other quality disciplines.

3. Strong experience in setting project management for quality projects and guiding through till the achievement of the set objectives and rules

4. Help define and measure success metrics and monitor change process / process improvement initiatives

5. Hands on experience in creating the actionable deliverable for the process improvement, and change management.

6. Demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results
