VP-Project Manager  - Drive overall risk delivery stream with in front to back program  - Manage one or many projects/work streams for global programs  - Attend weekly governance calls (design, working group, control etc.)  - Report status to various governance committees  - Help managing monthly budget submission  - Resolve interdepartmental analysis issues  - Drive design, documentation, change request sign-off   - Stakeholders management  - Manage project materials; create and own project plans, risks, issues management tools  - Provide guidance and recommendations when required  - Propose new initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the program  - Ensure deliverables meet required quality standards  You offer:  - Demonstrated track record of creating detailed project plans with multiple phases/tasks and tracking dependencies and resource allocations   - Strong business knowledge of the Banking Industry and/or Financial Services   - Significant experience of embedding risk management in a complex organization   - Desired understanding of Regulator delivery programs, ideally in Risk and Finance   - Good understanding of market and credit risk data and processes
